   Attended the clearing day and registered for Counselling Level 2 in August. I understand if they didn’t have enough spaces but I received no communication at all after the clearing meeting. The clearing meeting itsel was also vague and unhelpful, emphasising above all a high chance I wouldn’t get a space- no mentioning positive qualities of the course or what you’d expect from a clearing. As a previous student of Bracknell and Wokingham College, I was disappointed.

   Assessment for Counselling Skills Level 2 was excellent and run by Debbie Nightingale. Very informative and interesting. All in all a positive experience.

   Went to the basketball court to support my son. Seating was uncomfortable and the sound reverberated sufficiently to cause headaches. Also, carpark was not illuminated. This could be very scary/dangerous for those of us who are not 6'4" and capable of fighting off attackers. Staff were friendly though.

   Registered for a course at the end of last year, assumed I didn't get any confirmation email due to the Christmas holidays. 2 weeks into January I receive a voice message and email saying the course was over subscribed and my place was cancelled. They informed me that my refund would take 10-14 working days, I replied asking if this could be processed quicker and as long why the payment was accepted if the course was full, no reply to this email, no reply to the follow up email 10days later. No refund to date, very unimpressed
