Went in to get eye drops and the pharmacy refused to serve me unless he came up close to me to examine myself. Wont be returning thankyou !
Went in today on my lunch break to grab some cocadamol for pain relief. Young Blonde Pharmacist replied with ‘How did I Know you were going to get that’
A very rude and unfriendly assistant was very unhelpful to the man in front of me in the queue. If you are anxious or feeling unwell it would not be a good way to be treated. She also kept taking her mask off to speak to people. Appalling customer care.
Never seems to be a pharmacist available to dispense. It's 2.25 now and the pharmacist will not be there until after 4. How is this a good service bearing in mind people have probably travelled here at the request of their doctor. How can waiting 90 minute's to be good for someone's health!
I often have trouble getting my prescriptions from my GP simply because they are disorganised. The most recent time I had an issue I was served by Charli in the Eastleigh store in Sainsbury's and she was so understanding and helpful. Not only did she give me an emergency supply but she was straight on the phone to tell me when it had come in. I wish more people were like that!! She just got it! Thank you.

Would never use this chemist again .The assistant is not helpful at all and everything seems hard work to her will be using chemist across the road staff are helpful and caring
