This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. There is never a rush with the staff, always an excuse they can not hand out medication that has already been bagged and sent from the doctors. They now take comunal breaks even though there are 6 of them at the same time. I feel this is in hope to cause yet more disruption. Joke joke joke if I could give 0 stars it would be a better reflection of how bad these peoples service is.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Wendy is cantankerous and should not be employed at a pharmacy where she makes people asking for over the counter medication feel like they’re asking her for heroine. Today was not my first experience with her , she made me cry about 6 months ago when I asked for neurophen plus for period pain. I insisted on speaking to the pharmacist and was lovely. Today I went in asking for nytol as I haven’t slept for 2 days straight due to stress , she absolutely humiliated me asking if I have tried no screens etc I’m a 40 year old professional , I know how bed time works ! She was so rude in her questioning that even the man behind me was taken a back. I lost my rag and said if I don’t sleep tonight I will get fired tomorrow - without speaking to the pharmacist she said the pharmacist will only prescribe 25mg!!!!!! ITS OTC MEDICATION no prescription needed I told her I don’t care what strength it is i need to sleep. She reluctantly sold me a box and once again Wendy made me cry from being so embarrassed.

I visited the pharmacy on Saturday late morning, there was no queue, the lady serving me and the pharmacist were incredibly helpful and I didn’t feel rushed by my query. I would not hesitate using this pharmacy again.

Had a really bad insect bite which caused whole foot and ankle to swell so much walking was difficult. Went there to see Pharmacist. A few people in a queue, no problem, what pharmacy doesn't? After a few minutes saw the lovely lady who took one look at my foot and said you need antibiotics which she could now prescribe. Filled in a short form and took tablets away with me. An absolutely brilliant service. I'd still be waiting for a doctor's appointment. I'm very disappointed to see all the negative reviews here. The staff suffer abuse from moronic customers! Not necessary and hurtful. They're doing a fabulous job and I appreciate them.

Worst rude and slowest pharmacy I've ever had the misfortune to visit. They only have the sense to have 1 person serving with 11 in the que. The staff attitude is rude dismissive and dam right lazy. I would suggest to others to avoid at all cost, because they just don't give a dam. Staffing issues isn't a problem though as they have 3-4 stood out the back that you can see laughing and doing little if anything.

Wanted to pay with Asda giftcard for my prescription and the pharmacist lied saying that they do not accept Asda giftcards inspite of it being inside a Asda superstore and Asda on the website confirms acceptance of Asda Pharmacy Shopping Card at its pharmacies! Will not use this pharmacy again

Took a funny turn whilst shopping (lightheaded sick etc) and the pharmacist (a man) and a pharmacist called Wendy looked after me and kept my son entertained whilst I waited for help. Really thankful.

Great team of people who always do their very best to help, both with regular prescriptions and with specific pharmacist advice when requested. Village pharmacy service quality but open early till late most days - Perfect!

A fantastic service to the local communities during working as well as odd hours of the day (when the rest of the world have shut their pharmacies). Generic over the counter medicines are most competitively priced too. Always found the team competent and helpful. Thank u ASDA pharmacy team - a thumbs up and well deserved 5 stars

Terrible pharmacy. My partner puts in a monthly prescription request (electronic to surgery etc) and 9 times out of 10 they say “sure we’ll get that sent off” and they never do. And when I turn up to collect im met with “oh youll justbhave to call 111 or the surgery, next” all while looking down at us for not putting it in sooner. Many a time she’s gone without her important meda due to their laziness and complete lack of effort or care.
