   Where do I start, parcel was due to be delivered to our local hub then was sent to West London so one day late. Next day time slot given so my good lady stayed in to be then sent a message “sorry we missed you with a picture of my parcel in the back of his van. Company and driver are liars and I cannot say how disgusted we both are with this joke of a company. Avoid avoid avoid

   Absolutely atrocious. Not one person dealt with today has a clue about customer service. Attempted delivery to wrong address, spoke to someone at the depo and was told the driver would deliver 'sometime in the afternoon' after his mess up. Called depo again and asked if I could pick it up myself as I needed it for the weekend. Just as well I did because the driver didn't bother to make the drop as instructed by the depo. Shocker.... The staff on the phone sound like they don't give a toss either. Sort it out please.

   Its like when you thinking to change delivery to shop, hoping its less likely for something to go wrong. Instead of sitting all day at home and wait for driver, i have thought to have parcel delivered to a store, as a pick up point. Matalan store blame them, they blame Matalan for failed delivery, i have ended up not getting my parcel, worth couple hundreds of pounds. Went to Sywell depo, hoping its been returned to them, asked nicely, explained urgency....no was the answer. Too much for them to help me out. Any further writing to describe experience with them and their work...POINTLESS. This one star is actually one big zero.

   Usually not an issue with deliveries but the recent driver I had was lying. On top when trying to escalate, an agent on live chat was condescending and didn’t listen to anything I have said and then an agent on the phone rudely hangs up you even though you talk to them calmly and explaining your situation. Ugh -.-

   Their drivers do not follow instruction and the shift manager Daniel is a very rude and racist person , would not recommend anyone to use this dpd branch , I hope the owners address the rude staff especially the management .

   Writing on behalf of a friend who had a parcel delivered to wrong address through our fault with wrong post code on. Realising what had happened as parcel was sent back to Sywell. I rung up on behalf of Mrs Roberts and spoke to Paul and explained situation. He was so helpful and fetched the parcel ringing me back and saying I have it in front of me. He then put right postcode on and said what be delivered tomorrow— and it was. Paul was very patient and most helpful. A credit to the depot.

   I'd give them zero stars if I could. Got a text message today which said my parcel was being delivered so I thought great. 10 mins later I get another to say its been redirected to Corby, 20 miles from where I live. When I rang up to tell them there had been a problem I was accused of redirecting the parcel to Corby myself. Obviously I didn't, why would I? Don't waste your time calling them. MY parcel is NOW supposedly coming tomorrow, if it ever gets here. My money is on it goes to Corby and its never seen again. Thanks for nothing.

   I had the same experience as Mark. James was unhelpful and exceptionally rude amd said they didn't like speaking to customers. I was anxious, having had a message that my parcel was to arrive at a certain time. I went to the email and there was a photo saying my parcel had been refused. I pointed out that no one tried to deliver it and James said it was refused at the depot..... this was not evident to me as a customer, just the that it had been refused. I suggested they change the notification to reflect this. James said this was nothing to do with hung up! Delightful.
