   This is the 5th an only DHL delivery over 6 year period, they do their normal ghost delivery on first attempt. They send you a text & email saying that your parcel is out for delivery. Later on they give you a delivery slot by text, end of day time window,then 1 minute before the delivery time slot runs out, they send a message to say that they attempted delivery. They obviously do not have a dedicated route in this area. 5/5 times it is done like this. My cameras don’t lie, no delivery was made on first attempt.

   I was so impressed by the efficiency of the charming girl who looked after me in a very professional way . The whole process was smooth and easy even though I had wrapped all the contents (note to self- not sensible!) & she had to carefully unwrap everything to inspect contents. I would certainly give a 5 star rating to DHL.

   A parcel has been delivered to my address that I didnt order. The named buyer is Marilia Pinto. I cannot find an email address for DHL Northampton and one has to pay to talk in a phone call. Not knowing how much the call is and how long it would take to pass on this informqaation I will not use the phone. Bad communication DHL, will think twice before using your service. Also the delivery person had gone by the time I got to my door.

   We came into this location with a very odd request, sending a large amount of boxes internationally that required extensive work from the team at DHL. They were beyond helpful & accommodating! We do research around the world & I can truly say I’ve never had such a positive experience with a shipping vendor! Many, many thanks to the team at this location!

   I had a parcel returned by DHL but it wasn't clear why. I went to Brackmills express to resend it. Ami was exceptional. Not only did she meticulously go through the paperwork to point out the probable cause, but beautifully re packaged the item to an exceptionally high standard. The quality of her service was exemplary. I cannot thank her enough.

   Had an order from my new job that I am due to start on Monday. Got a text Wednesday (28th) saying that my parcel would be delivered on Thursday(29th). Was quite happy with this and got up early to await my work delivery. Got a text at 11:15am saying DHL had attempted to deliver and no one was home. I was home and waiting and if anyone had knocked, the dog would have alerted me. No calling card was left, just got a missed delivery text. Tried to phone DHL, but they seemed determined that I couldn't speak to a human. Managed to get their number from a Reddit post about how much DHL sucks. Informed customer service that I don't trust them and was going to their Northampton depot to collect my work parcel. Got my parcel home for my new job on Monday. No thanks to DHL, who did all they could to prevent this eventuality. If it was possible tk give minus one star I would.

   I collected a parcel on 09/09/2020 at about 1:15 from the DHL office. It arrived in a box far larger than the box I originally sent the item away in. A young chap helped me carry the box and in the end un pack pack the item as we could not get the item in the car. The chap was very polite and could not have been more helpful, thank you!
