Shambles of a place...they "forgot" to complete key parts of my medical back in Aug 23 which meant me having to travel back to Aberdeen again in Jan 24 to repeat. And they double charged me the 1st time "accidentally" which took weeks to refund...a joke of a company
Absolute shambles of a place now. Not sure when it went all wrong but nothing like what it used to be. Unorganised and extremely unprofessional. Recommend to go anywhere else if you can.
I booked a HSE dive medical last month and was made to pay the entire cost of the medical over the phone. Only a couple of hours later I called to cancel the appointment. They guaranteed I would get a refund back. Now a month later I still haven't heard anything and it's impossible to get in touch with the appropriate person. The service is absolutely terrible.
We have experienced an absolute joke from start to finish with this company and will never deal with them again. Booking 2 diving medicals in Glasgow when we only live 30miles away has never been such an issue. Their lack of communication was incredible....when attempting to book they would never respond, claiming they changed email addresses and documents went missing, they would refuse to issue us with receipts after payment until we did the medicals.... On the day of our medicals, no staff was present in the building, making us late, it took us 20mins to actually get through the door of the building......when we got in, the nurse had no idea there was 2 medicals booked in and she hadn't had any lunch.... The examination was ok except the hearing test...with a massive fan blowing you could barely make out the beeps.... With all of this stress in the run up to this, my partner failed the step test.....we then had to go through this entire procedure again....almost as bad this time, to get her a new appointment to redo just the step test, and Int SOS wanted to charge almost the same rate as the full medical, just to redo the 15 min test and consultation..... We do not recommend this company if you are a small business because they obviously do no care and make enough money in the offshore companies. We have received no apology for the absolute ridiculous service we have received.
