   would give 0 stars if possible. i’ve lived here two years, probably been to the pharmacy 4 times and every single time they manage to be the most miserable, unhelpful, rude and patronising pharmacy i’ve ever been to. specifically the middle to old age woman, she’s quite the delight and it seems i would get more kindness and use out of a tree

   I came to Winchester to visit and stupidly forgot my medication at home and wouldn't have access to it for a few days and it is crucial that I take this medication daily. I phoned this branch and they were extremely patient and guided me on what I needed to do. I was able to get emergency medication and I am grateful that the employee was so helpful and friendly. They put me at ease! I've been to this branch a few times and never had to wait long. They are a lovely bunch! Thanks again for your help.

   I was recently on holiday in Winchester when I developed shingles. I attended Boots chemist on weeke gate, stockbridge rd, Winchester. I was seen and examined by a lovely pharmacist, reassured and prescribed medication for my symptoms. I believe due to the prompt attention resulted in my symptoms being quite mild and clearing up quickly. I am very grateful for his professionalism. Apologies, I cannot remember his name, thank you

   I use the pharmacy regularly to collect medication for my father and I find the staff extremely friendly, helpful and incredibly efficient. Small things like remembering patient/customer names and always being so polite whilst they’re so busy makes it a very pleasant experience. In my opinion they are the best pharmacy team in this area.

   The chemists were very knowledgeable in helping me understand where to get an issue with my eye diagnosed, I opted for an over the phone appointment with a local optician, when I returned to seek medication for the diagnosis given to me by the optician the staff refused saying I should seek an in-person consultation, in which I learned that the issue is a lot worse than I was lead to believe on the phone. If they hadn't kept firm on their concerns then I may of had to wait much longer to receive the help I actually needed.

   Critically understaffed pharmacy, especially for one that is below the largest GP surgery in Winchester. Message to Boots management: either move to bigger premises and recruit more staff or close it down. Always a queue, always crowded. There’s also a 1980s retro feel to it as it closes at lunchtime! I can understand how the poor, overworked staff need a proper break! The staff are lovely, of course.

   Always very busy and yes there is often a queue BUT brilliant helpful staff, often dealing with peoples involved queries. So be patient. Or Pay to park in Winchester and still have to wait.

   Takes a week to prepare your prescription and normally long queues. They also close for lunch. The staff are always friendly and polite; cannot fault them in that respect.

   Unfortunately never had a good experience with this pharmacy. Ridiculous waiting times and queues are always coming out of the door. Won't make the mistake of using it again.
