   A Game Changer for our business We run a family business and were using various couriers to dispatch our parcels. However, we were constantly frustrated with the lack of care from the couriers and the endless time spent on hold dealing with customer service whenever a parcel went missing. It was becoming a real hassle! That’s when we were recommended The Parcel Store, and can honestly say it has been a complete game-changer. They handle all our parcels, assigning the right courier service each time. If anything goes wrong—like a parcel gets lost or delayed—they deal with the couriers directly, without charging me extra. This level of service is a huge relief, and it’s saved us so much time and frustration. On top of that, we are now paying much cheaper rates than we were when dealing with couriers directly. The staff at The Parcel Store are always friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. Whenever we reach out, they answer straight away, and I never feel like we are left hanging. Overall, we couldn't be happier with their service. It’s reliable, stress-free, and cost-effective.    The guys at The Parcel Store are brilliant. They have recently processed a big job for us, which involved picking, packing, postage, and preparing and posting letters through Royal Mail account, all to a tight deadline. It's a complex job and they have handled it exceptionally well - I'm really pleased. The thing that sets them apart is the level of care and attention they have given me - I don't feel like 'just another customer'. It's obvious that they really want to provide the best service possible and, in my opinion, they deliver on that (pun intended!)

   !!! WOW !!! what can I say only found this place by accident driving past it on day so we decided to give them a try... We had a 25k parcel to be delivered to my daughters house in Norway... It only cost us £65 you may think that's a lot but it's not... Before we found this place we used to send parcels with royal mail we used to send a 2k parcel which cost us £14 for 2k +£1.50 for a royal mail bag so in total £15.50 to send the 2k parcel, so with royal mail to send the same amount separately would have cost us £186 so you can see how much we saved Once again thank you PARCEL STORE for this great service and promise... Especially a big thank you to Charles who went through everything with us, and assured us that it would arrive on the day specified... I dropped the parcel off on a Monday, and it arrived at my daughters house Friday Morning, and no I am not being paid to say this in a review like so many other companies do this is a true account of my dealing with THE PARCEL STORE Once again we can't thank you enough for your help, and reassurance we will be giving royal mail a wide birth you have our custom now for however long we need you A BIG THANK YOU, AND YOUR DEDICATED STAFF may you live long ,and prosper as SPOCK would say
