Took a coat which was a box to be told evri app wasn’t working, popped back 3 days later to be told by the same man we don’t take big parcels, I’ve used this shop for years never had a problem and returned bigger items plus seen bigger boxes in the blue bag at the back of the shop . I honestly think that the man doesn’t know how to use the app. I did say I came in 3 days ago and you didn’t say anything, honestly useless
