Had exactly what I needed and my prescription was ready in 10 mins. Very informative, giving precise information about what medication can be taken and at what intervals. The lady on reception even offered me a seat and a drink due to the pain I was in.
Extremely unhelpful especially over the telephone.. Majority of the time when you go to collect your prescription meds they cannot find them..
Terrible business and customer service. Today I called them but after an awful message saying they can no longer be bothered checking if prescriptions are ready, they hung up on me. Previously they made me wait 20 mins for my booked covid / flu shot and justified it by saying that sometimes Dr's and hospitals make you wait. When they finally gave the ineligible customer in front of without an appointment his shot, they messed around instead of serving me or even apologising. My online script service says it will take 2 days for prescriptions to be ready. They now claim it will take 5 days. How is this possible, they only have to put it in a bag, they don't actually make it! Most ridiculously they close over lunch time and don't open on weekends - surely the most convenient times for people to pick up medication. I'll be looking at other pharmacies now, if only I could get electronic scripts to take in to any convenient pharmacy I pass by.
If you're looking for a reliable pharmacy, do not go here!! On every occasion we have needed our daughter's repeat prescriptions or our perscriptions! They have even got medication dosage wrong or it takes close to a week for it too arrive. They request you come back at a set time yet when you do they still don't have it, they just claim the prescription hasn't come through even though you call ahead to double check. When you raise you voice out of pure frustration after countless times things being wrong you get met with shirty responses saying "you don't have to come here" that would be the easy way out for these ladies! A bunch of lazy, unaccountable women who run this place and it seriously needs a shake up. Your dealing with medication that people rely on in most cases and you can not mess with people's lives like this.
Never answers phones and then also changed it to 'can no longer ring to check prescription ' like I don't get it. You're a pharmacy. Also the store decided to close on a day it was meant to be open because you didn't have a pharmacist that day and I travelled there and wasted money. I didn't get prescription and had to get an emergency one. Poor service and will be changing pharmacy.
Shocking, they used to be good many moons ago, i have avoided for several years. I went today as per NHS guidelines as have conjunctivitis, but basically said yeah cant help need doctor for prescription, well i thought they could now. Back to gps who weee vwry helpful and got me seen at there other surgery in littleover. But once seen doctor she said why did the phamcy not do this. Good question. So my advice is to go anywhere else and AVOID at all costs!!!!
Poor service and staff attitude. Was barked at as apparently you can't pick up prescriptions between 1 and 2!... It's a pharmacy...you have one job... supply meds... what a joke
Poor pharmacy. Try to avoid. After you wait for many days they informed me that one of my regular medications is not available in their store. This can have a negative impact on patients with chronic diseases.
I've used this pharmacy on and off for years but now I avoid it at all costs. Some of the staff are rude. They laugh at people and it's embarrassing to watch. Their procedures for storing prescriptions waiting to be collected is a waste of time. Staff spend far too long hunting down your prescription and it seems they don't have a system or maybe an understanding of their system. We have been shortchanged with tablets - I was prescribed a box of 224 tablets but once home I checked - the bottle inside was open and half of the tablets had been removed. I phoned them and they corrected their mistake. The opening times on the door mean nothing. They open and close when they wish and have longer lunches turning people away.
Very rude staff and not very helpful. They are very lazy and want an easy job. I thought the staff are there to look for your prescriptions and make sure it is ready but instead They want to get rid of you and you have to find your own prescriptions. I am New to this pharmacy thinking is going to be convenient but instead it was a nightmare. Might as well stick to My Old pharmacy even if it is a bit far but They are helpful and even at Times offer to deliver it at My door steps.
