I paid for 8 sessions but did not receive all of them I only did 4 because the clinic closed unexpectedly. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no response or resolution. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I trusted this clinic with my time and money, and now I’m left without the services I paid for. I would appreciate immediate action to either complete my remaining sessions or provide a refund.

Had an appointment for 17th July, as part of a block booking paid in advance, got to the clinic to find a notice on the door to say they stopped trading effective 17th July yet I still got the automatic text today to ask how my visit was and to rate the service??
The staff were lovely and were told to leave the premises suddenly in the morning and the place shut down. No email or contact to the customers and no information on refunds yet.
Feel really sorry for the staff. Management should be ashamed!

As always, I had a very good experience at the Union Street sk:n clinic. The therapists are always very nice and very professional and provide a fantastic service.
The only improvement I would like to see is to the equipment in the treatment rooms. The bed in the treatment room was very unstable due to an uneven stand and it wasn't very relaxing/comfortable lying on it and feeling like it might topple over. The therapist was apologetic but I think it's important to have customer feedback about these issues in order to see improvement.
