   More than just a fancy building. It's the whole package. I enjoyed the epic view on the way in, the food actually great, and the staff are genuinely on it. I felt like a proper treat. I would bring my family stay again.

   Peckforton Castle is truly a wedding venue of dreams. You’ll read countless glowing reviews about the breathtaking surroundings, stunning photo opportunities, and undeniable grandeur — and every word is true. But for us, it was the little things that made this place so extraordinary. The food was exceptional, with every dietary requirement — even the complicated ones — catered for seamlessly. The staff were wonderful, taking the time to chat with my grandparents while keeping the day running effortlessly. A broken glass here and there was handled quietly and without fuss. Our décor was set up overnight, perfectly in place for the big day. Even our bouquets appeared in vases on the drawing-room mantelpiece without us ever asking. This place is simply magical. A special thank you to Molly for her outstanding pre-wedding coordination, and to Tammy for her incredible on-the-day support. We are so grateful and wholeheartedly recommend Peckforton Castle to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue.

   We had our full wedding day at Peckforton and it was absolutely amazing. They were fantastic from the moment we booked with them, all their communication in the lead up to the wedding was great and kept us well informed and we felt like nothing was too much trouble for them. The venue is so stunning, all of our guests were amazed on the day and it felt so magical there. We stayed at the hotel the night prior to the wedding which was lovely, being able to get ready there without the stress of making our way to the venue in the morning was such a big help. A lot of our guests also stayed the night of the wedding and all of them were so impressed with the rooms and being able to stay in a castle felt really special. The team working on the wedding day were excellent. Everything was done for us without us having to chase them or even ask for updates, the whole day just flowed so effortlessly and we were able to enjoy ourselves without the stress of checking what was happening. Also the wedding breakfast food was delicious, all of our guests said how nice it was and were really happy with the food. We opted for a hog roast in the evening which was also delicious and so filling, nobody left hungry! Can't recommend Peckforton enough if you are looking for a magical wedding that will be unforgettable to your friends and family!    We stayed here for 2 nights 6-8th October 2025. It was fabulous! The venue is just beautiful. The staff and the service they provided was brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble. The food served at breakfast was really good quality with a variety of choices. It was delicious and service was very friendly and efficient. We opted to have dinner at 2010 Brasserie and can honestly say I have never had such a delightful and tasty gnocchi dish. I would definitely recommend a visit to Peckforton Castle. It isn't cheap but you get very well looked after. If you can afford an executive room it is definitely a lovely experience

   Absolutely first class, gorgeous castle, perfect location the wow factor, love how a lot of original features have been kept. Great accessibility ♿️ for disabled people as the stairs have chair lifts great idea, the grounds and forest are amazing. The staff are lovely and welcoming and we were just in T-Shirts and shorts with our children there is a bistro you can pop into for a drink and bite to eat, the do weddings here. The little chapel in the grounds is beautiful and quaint. Beautiful place. Honestly haven't looked at prices to stay there would imagine it's not cheap but for a special occasion or your wedding it would probably be worth it.

   Booked for my parents with a voucher for Xmas just recently had the chance to go. They absolutely loved it! They have been to a couple of castles before and they said this was amazing! Excellent value for money and the staff were excellent and couldn’t do more for them. She is wanting everyone to go! They couldn’t rate it higher. The Herring’s! Thank you

   Visited today after we were gifted an Afternoon Tea for Two experience. You can't deny the views are breathtaking or that the castle is incredible but sadly the afternoon tea (we had the vegetarian option) itself was quite basic and not very nice. The staff were really friendly and attentive so overall we will go back just order from the main menu next time.

   We did the 2 day Christmas package here, Christmas Eve + Day. Thought it might be a bit cold this time of year being a castle, but is was lovely and warm. Decor was lovely and the room nice and quiet and warm, despite the steps to the room. Could not fault the food in anyway, compliments to the kitchen. {Excellent}. Service was very good, I must say, seen most of the staff were quiet young they did a amazing job. Well done. If all establishments are managed like this I would not hesitate to try them.

   What a fantastic place, my daughter recently held her wedding breakfast at this castle. The staff were so good, if you wanted anything at all you only had to ask and it was done instantly by the unbelievable staff, nothing was any trouble at any time of the day or night, food excellent, nothing but only the best service I've had for many years and I travel the globe and found nothing like this. My wishes to the team there is to continue as you are and you will never have a problem attracting clients of all walks of life. Thank you all.

   We attended a wedding here and stayed over. The venue, and their staff, made the day amazing from start to finish. The grounds are spectacular and make for great photograph opportunities. The building is stunning and the transformation of the rooms as the day progressed was superb. The bedrooms are also stunning and the 4poster bed rooms are very luxurious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again.
