Had that 1 bad experience with a really mean with one of the male workers but everyone else was lovely. Do speak to your staff on how to treat people, even if they’re in a bad mood, wouldn’t recommend the place overall
Seemed to operate a 1 in 1 out policy. Waited 20 mins to get inside at 3am on a Saturday night. Was way too busy to move once inside, paid £10 entry and stayed until it closed at around 4am. Won't be going back again.
I am extremely disappointed with the way my niece was treated during her recent visit. In our experience, the door staff did not appear to take her safety seriously. After she was subjected to verbally racist behaviour from another customer, she was the one removed from the venue. She tried to explain the situation to the bouncer, but it didn’t seem to make a difference. To make matters worse, her phone was broken at the time, and she asked the staff to help her get her sister because she was alone. They refused, which left her in a very vulnerable position. Based on our experience, this was completely unacceptable. I hope the management reviews their policies and provides staff training that prioritises the safety and wellbeing of all customers.
An older female bouncer was completely out of line she called my friend a “slapper” and shoved her for accidentally bumping into her on the way out , then grabbed her and shoved her out. When I stood up for my friend, she grabbed me and dug her nails into my arm so hard it actually hurt. I pushed her off me to stop her, and somehow we ended up getting thrown out. If you’re a bouncer, your job is to keep things under control, not to start fights or put your hands on people unprovoked. The way this was handled was aggressive, unprofessional, and totally unacceptable. Management seriously needs to deal with this that woman has no business working the door if she can’t stay calm because she’s a nutjob. I see from other reviews a lot of people have had horrible experiences from the bouncers power trips. I hope that this club changes door staff because other than that the club is a good night but sadly we won’t be returning
Philip barrerett needs to go back onto the main main floor why would you let such talented go to waste upstairs hes unreal such a great DJ would be so much better walking into the club hearing him play.

Grade was a brilliant host great promo ceey friendly and welcoming he had a good attitude and he wore a suit on Saturday a brilliant host very impressive! He sold me on the café Parfait very energetically and strongly.
I go there multiple times through out the week with my friends and reasoning for keep going back is simply because it is such an enjoyable club! Staff there are brilliant and always so friendly and welcoming , music and vibe never fails to disappoint in either of the 2 rooms they have! And well the roof terrace I adore it’s so cosy and pretty up there perfect to go relax in and have a little chat with people under the heaters! Can’t recommend enough!!
Had a great experience at Cafe Parfait on Friday night. The bartenders were friendly with drinks priced reasonably and a great selection. Music was great with two floors of music providing a brilliant atmosphere. In addition, the outdoor terrace was a great area to relax and socialise with my group! Can't recommend highly enough 5*
The place had great music but was otherwise pretty dead - everyone was at Switch I can only presume. We ordered two vodkas and lemonade and they charged us £15...a club with a free on entry and noticeable smaller turn out than its surrounding competitors has no business charging that much...
