Overcharged multiple times for shots. More than advertised price on signs. Staff seemed clueless and couldnt do anything when challenged. Band were cut off 20 minutes before finish time. Toilets are not nice and no locks on cubicles, dont seem to be cleaned during events. Security and staff are always friendly when we have visited on a plus.

Went to see Kris Barras' Hollow Souls on Saturday - first time at the venue... although I'm a fan of small venues this one was not destined to be a favourite...a dark, dingy box of a place with pillars blocking the view of the stage from many angles and ill considered acoustics for the energetic support act whose vocals were almost inaudible. The toilets were basic, wet floors and cold steel - the hand dryer worked though The beer wasn't over priced (which was a positive)... the smile and humour of barmaid Millie was the venues best asset. Kris Barras' Hollow Souls were excellent and deserved better

The bar staff are really sweet but unfortunately the venue attracts people that add nothing but discomfort. I’ve been 3 times and all of the times me and my friends have been creeped on by older men and the security do absolutely nothing but kick out the victims. When retaliation happens they kick out victims without hearing our side of the story. Yes the drinks are cheap and it’s a nice rock venue, but I couldn’t trust the security to keep a safety pin safe

Great Rock Venue ! ... I could just leave it at that, but I'll waffle on a bit. I travelled over from Somerset last night to see Fury and Firewind play at Suburbia. I've seen Fury many times and they always put on an awesome show. I'd was very impressed with Firewind too ... you need to add them both to your Spotify lists ! The venue fits a few hundred max, and it had a great buzz last night. The staff at the door and at the bar were lovely. Drinks service was quick and friendly. Prices were better than I get in Somerset. Everyone had a great night. We all had drinks, live rock music, met some new friends, had chats with band members. What more can you ask for. Great night. I'll definitely make the trip again.

What a cracking venue even better than before now it’s had a refurb and under new management. The sound system is next level and you can really tell there is a sound engineer involved because it’s crystal clear and no distortion even on a hardcore rave night . Staff are all friendly and efficient , security is good but not intimidating or intrusive . The only improvement I would make is to give the toilets some attention, they are clean and functional ( all night which is testament to how good the staff are) but some locks on the doors in the ladies would be welcome, and the position of the toilet roll holders is not very user friendly. Overall still a 5 star music venue for the smaller more intimate gigs. Love it there .

Fun. Excellent place. Surprisingly clean, even toilets here. Only issue was very very hot when I went. Like a sauna.

Great value for money on the drinks, and a great place to get up close and personal with some of your favourite bands. As December Falls smashed it, and Glass Heart are a band to watch out for.

A lot of different varieties of music genres over the week. Great deals on drinks.
