Supposed to deliver on Thursday, finally delivered a week later. No response to telephone calls asking for a likely delivery day or slot, no tracking number/system. Driver who finally turned up was helpful

All I can say is very disappointed in how things happened, yes service was ok, then after giving driver the cash of £58 for a job they did and the driver signing the paperwork that he received this NX Courier then saying I hadn’t paid, when I told NX that I had, NX courier then took me to court, for non payment, i sent them proof that I had paid, they then questioned my wife for paying them cash, yes I paid last 2 jobs on invoice through account, but my wife thought it would be easer to pay NX courier by cash rather than her go to the bank and put it in, so be very careful of using this company clearly don’t value customers and if you proving to them you right in what happened they won’t listen to you,
