Nine years after my mother died the estate has still not been distributed owing to the way the will was drawn up.The beneficiaries are the last to benefit. Heavy handed , biassed, pompous and expensive, .I would recommend you have nothing to do with them.My mother was bullied into signing various versions of her will that ended up costing the family a fortune in legal fees, more than the taxes they claimed they were saving her from paying. As a supposed beneficiary I would much rather the government have the money than pay it to these people..They have the life of my family into a nightmare..
