No it's correct for the poor ongoing handling of my Aunties estate in Didcot. Property is sold and we are waiting for your accountant to finalise CGT it's now 11 months since her house was sold, new owners are in and we can see they are doing renovations. Just get it sorted
Complete farce having to award one star when they did nothing ... Contacted them Thursday 6th November & somebody would call me back ... No call back so phoned again Tuesday 11th November to be told an email has been sent & I will be contacted by Friday 14th November ... No contact so wasted eight days of my life waiting for these time wasters.

At times other parties were slow to keep the process moving so Tom chased and applied pressure to ensure that things were completed and we met our requested move in date.
