   I decided I should like to have a Cohabitation Agreement for my partner and I. I chose KJS Solicitors as they were very polite and professional on the phone and swiftly arranged a meeting time for me to meet with Beth Pettifer. Beth’s knowledge about the Cohabitation Agreement and her calm, professionalism whilst I explained my situation made me feel very respected. The first meeting set the pace for the agreement to get under way with clear instruction on the way forward.    My experience with KJ Smith Solicitors has been overwhelmingly good, going through divorce and fighting for your children is a horrible thing to go through and wouldn't wish it on anyone, Samantha and Faizah are always going above and beyond my expectations. Samantha has helped me get divorced from my estranged ex’s adultery and didn't give up on dealing with all her continual unrealistic demands. More importantly helping me fight to keep a good relationship with my daughter and doing such a fantastic job of discrediting all the false accusations my ex is continually making to manipulate the courts and social services for her own selfish needs unfortunately this is still ongoing but i will not give up and knowing i have Faizah on my side is a wonderful feeling. If you ever have to use a solicitor i really don’t think you could do any better than KJ Smith they are very professional, well priced but more importantly genuinely always put you first and take all the time to go through things.

   I was represented by Harpreet Sihra during my divorce. I guess, as per most divorces, it was a matter of finding the balance between accepting what is inevitable and negotiating what is possible and I found Harpreet to be an excellent guide to walk me through this process. She offered expert advice and she fought my corner when needed. She also made excellent recommendations towards other facets of the divorce such as introducing Pension Experts etc. I would highly recommend Harpreet and KJ Smith for such family law matters.

   I have worked with KJ Smith on and off for a number of years and their service and support was always first class. I was having trouble getting access to my son and they worked with me to keep my relationship strong with him while there was ongoing proceedings. Fast forward to today, my son has been living with me for a year now and we are doing great. KJ Smith were a big part of that by helping keep me part of my sons life through the hard times letting him know i wasn't giving up on him. Today he now lives with me by choice as he knows i will always keep him safe and i promote a healthy relationship with his mum for him. Highly recommend these guys, yes solicitors are expensive but i feel that now i have my son it was money well spent.

   I cannot recommend Samantha Archer highly enough. She has been a huge support to me through a very difficult divorce. Her advice and professionalism has been of the highest quality. She has dealt with every aggressive letter from my husbands lawyers with ease and confidence. I feel she has won every point. I know there is no 'win or lose' in divorce but in my case I feel we absolutely won. I was very scared at the beginning having been highly manipulated by my ex husband. Sam was really kind and approachable at the same time as filling me with confidence that it would all be fine and to trust the process. Kerry Smith has also been a big support to me and thank you to Faizah for helping with childcare issues. Lauren has also been a great help.
