   HM Law have exceeded my expectations on every level. The most professional, knowledgeable and friendly service - they actually care! I have just sold a house that had complexities, including illegible ancient covenants, an expired legal charge that had never been removed, and an extra parcel of land that had mistakenly not been registered to me. With forensic diligence, HM Law calmly navigated the way through the difficulties, taking the time to keep me informed on every step. Nothing was too much trouble. What could have been very stressful was actually the opposite - I genuinely witnessed quite remarkable service that pragmatically brought everything to fruition. In my long experience, HM Law are without parallel, I have no hesitation in saying that.

   I have used HM Law on several occasions and I cannot fault the service and professionalism provided. HM Law are quick to respond to emails and explain everything in detail. Buying a property is very stressful but HM Law made the whole experience less stressful. I was guided step by step the whole way and the service received was one of the best. Very professional and would without a doubt use again.

   HM Law acted for us on both our sale and purchase. We had a long chain involving 6 solicitors, our purchase was also more complex than normal as it was a remote house in the country. Totally impressed by their laser like attention to detail and excellent communication. They always answered any questions quickly and kept us informed on all transactions in our part of the chain. We feel they exceeded our expectations. Would strongly recommend them and happy to use them again in the future. Also found their price excellent value for money.

From the very beginning they were friendly, helpful and responsive; they turned what could have been a very stressful experience into an easy and enjoyable one.    I used HM Law for my recent sale and purchase of property and I simply can’t fault the service and would completely recommend them. All the legal documentation was thoroughly reviewed and then explained to me in non-legal jargon over the phone and then followed up in writing. The thoroughness of the work brought up historical issues on my purchase property that the current owners were unaware of, and options were given for how to easily resolve them. HM Law made the process simple, easy and enjoyable which was fantastic. Always easy to get hold off and speak to, I totally recommend them without hesitation.
