    I was represented by Luke Cheshire from albin and co, and after a year in family court, the best possible outcome came from the final hearing which was what was best for my child. From previous experience from other solicitors (ie other firms) I was really surprised that Luke was only a trainee and out shined solicitors I’ve dealt with who were more established in the amount of years within there profession. A very professional young man and knowledgeable in his field thank you very much for all your help with my family young man.

I had the pleasure of Luke Cheshire taking on my case and I couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor - please do not be put off with the fact he is a trainee!     My divorce process was unexpected and shocking, I knew very little about it, I had found a previous solicitor with a more adversarial attitude unhelpful, and needed different help, Sally Wood at Albin and Co was excellent in every aspect, when we first met she explained that she wasn't like other solicitors and that is EXACTLY what I needed, really good at explaining what was going on in layperson's terms, with sage advice and good patience of my legal ignorance, and quick to rectify some slight mistakes in paperwork, an excellent attitude, I'm so grateful to be through it with Sally's support!     A brilliant firm! They helped me so much over a very long and painful two years of court cases in family law. They always made time to be available when needed and gave me the best representation for my case. Sally wood was an incredible solicitor, professional, empathetic and efficient. Even though I was publicly funded I never thought I was getting anything less then I would have done if it was a privately funded case. I could not recommend enough. I’ve used other firms and this by far was the best. I had an extremely complex case too, trust their advice and you will always be well represented and heard!

    Albin & Co absolutely ruined my life. Poul Gillmartin and his team was fired on front of Crown Court Judges for swapping, witholding and disposing incriminating video evidence for police. Aswell expert rapport that costed tax payers £1600 work out to be untruthful. I represented myself it took me 40 minutes to win my case and profe that police tampered video evidence and brutally bit me up. I am still requesting from Albin &Co my case folder.
