   Very disappointed with the customer service. Firstly, it was advised to use them as the previous person purchasing the house used & had all relevant searches completed already (this fast tracking my application). Secondly, I was asked to pay deposit (which I was fine with) but just to check I asked, if I am unable to secure a mortgage would I get a refund in full. The reason I asked this was due to the fact they had already pre my application done all relevant searches as the pervious buyer mortgage fell through. Therefore, there is nothing they need to do until my mortgage was confirmed. Turns out the bank I got a mortgage with (Halifax), Eden we’re not on the board & therefore they cancelled my application. When requesting a full refund as promised they said they would only refund me 60%. When I questioned this & asked for the searches they conducted to justify this they wouldn’t give me any further information. Please avoid, it is a shame as I would much rather help local (smaller) services, but in these case avoid them as they could con you like they did me.
