   I had my nails done here today, I got a new full set of acrylic with white French tip & chrome over the top. I am absolutely fuming with how they have turned out, and more annoyed at the fact they charged me £50 which I paid via bank transfer for a botched job. 4 of my nails have big noticeable damage on them. It’s not always easy to say something at the time, when there’s a salon full of people & you have social anxiety. So I thought I would come on here & express my frustration on here. The person doing my nails should’ve seen this & corrected this. I haven’t got much time as it is to get my nails done, so I don’t even know when I will be able to get them re done, but I will also now have to pay for them to be re done, which is very frustrating. I was very disappointed & that’s £50 gone.

   Basically lied to my daughter when she was previously told that she could come back for a free infill. Instead she was charged £33 for the infill. A disgusting way to run a business and would not recommend using them if this is how they treat customers and think it’s okay to lie in the process.

   First time customer and very happy with the results. Usual nail salon recently introduced me to BIAB gel, as my nails aren’t really strong enough to grow to a reasonable length. I liked the length but wasn’t happy with the thickness of the gel required to achieve this result. Cherry nails use a totally different product, giving my nails the much needed strength, but without the thickness of BIAB. Husband and wife team both very friendly, happy to chat, but equally happy to let you enjoy your treatment in peace. Salon is in no way glamorous, but don’t let that put you off. The service I received was excellent and will definitely be a regular customer from now on. Added bonus, both walk in and appointment system in place.

   Wrong address listed. Walked around the area, called them, got directions from 2 people, was 20 minutes late to appointment. They tried to chastise me for being late. Never again.

   Always great service. Quality of the acrylic nails is great and gel polish still looks like new 3 weeks after they were painted. I will not go anywhere else to get my nails done.

   Wait time is really bad, definitely think if you have an appointment you should be prioritised over walk-ins and seen on time or as close to the time as possible. However, the quality of the nails are incredible especially if you have Tommy, can't fault them in that respect really. Love coming here and wouldn't go anywhere else despite the wait times

   My nails always look amazing and they always do a fantastic job. The only downside is that I am always in the shop for hours. Too many customers are booked in at one time and know body is dealt with from start to finish! But I can't fault their work!

   TERRIBLE DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!My girlfriend went here to get her nails done whilst I was at work, the man that did her nails did a bad job , no professional advice or guidance to what colour might be best suited for the design she wanted, was so bad she ended up crying . still had to pay the full £33 without any empathy . Did not offer a refund or a re-do. Wish i could give 0 stars but there isn't an option for that!
