   We have recently had a terrible experience with this company. We paid them a lot of money to change the names on our house deeds and they just didn't do it. We only found out when we were re-mortgaging and the process ground to a halt. I called them to ask what had happened and was told there was a 'glitch'. They said they would send the documents as soon as possible and asked whether they should go to an address we haven't lived in for 5 years. We asked for a refund but they still haven't sent it. Avoid at all costs.

He offered help and answered any questions and explained things fully, including the options available and the fees. I am happy to recommend this business because it was easy to arrange at a time to suit me, the process was clear and easily completed and the follow-up email lets me know what is going to happen next.
