   Ed has been amazing throughout the last two years as my life literally fell apart during divorce. He is so knowledgeable and helped me to secure an 750% increase on the initial deal I’d agreed with my ex husband. He helped me understand every step of the process and was amazing at advocating on my behalf. Alongside being pleased with the outcome I’ve had, for me the biggest positive is that Ed was always, always, kind and encouraged me to find the strength to keep fighting for a better outcome. Ed is warm and engaging, easy to communicate with and most importantly is very clear that he is on your side. It’s been a real privilege to have him in my corner and I genuinely cannot rate him highly enough. 5 stars is the max I can give but he easily deserves at least 127.

   First meeting 13th July,I was sat in the office for 20mns as host was late. 2nd meeting I couldnt get into building I had to call Basingstoke as nobody available to let me into newbury building. After meeting I Followed up 12 days later as I had not heard back from Edward,I was told he was on another day off second Friday in a row. I Left message for him to call me on Monday with secretary in Basingstoke, no phone call received. . I called again Tuesday again no return phone call, called again on Wednesday left message but still no return call. Escalated to Basingstoke 10 days later and was put through to Edward. He was very apologetic as he had been dealing with a court case, but sorry came too late. I have also been charged £500 for the firms time. I’m no longer using this company. When it come to children’s access why take the risk please go elsewhere !!! Very badly let down by this company.

   Chris Sutton greatly helped me in my custody dispute. He is child centric, pragmatic and supportive in achieving the child's wishes. Whilst not a pleasant experience Chris and the team were supportive, understanding and made a difficult situation easier by having a plan as opposed to being reactive. I don't wish anyone to be in my situation but if they ever find themselves in that position, phone Chris.

He was calm and professional and did not react to what at times was unnecessary acrimony from the opposing side.    I engaged Chris Sutton at KJ Smiths Newbury after feeling let down by many other solicitors in the area. I was a father fighting for the right to see his daughter, Chris instantly made a case, took action and without going into long winded detail got a result for me quickly and I now see my daughter again. I really can not say how much relief I felt to have him on my side in court and for his advice throughout the case. I am now reunited with my daughter and everything is more stable for her (and me). I can't say thankyou enough times so I am leaving this review to let others know
