   Firstly if I could have given a 10 star plus review I would. I had the pleasure and was lucky having Stirling and his team work on the sale of my dads house and the purchase of his new home. This process took nearly a year due to the incompetence of other parties, to which Stirling guided me and helped me push through this pretty much every day. Also Lauren, who really did keep me going towards the final hurdle just when I was so close to giving up. I could not have got through this without Stirling helping me to keep my sanity and I will be forever grateful. I cannot thank Stirling and his team enough for their professionalism, advise, guidance and empathy at a most stressful time and Lauren who also saw me through to the end. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I thoroughly recommend using Rowberrys, Stirling and his team. Thank you.

   Very bad experience with this firm. I engaged them earlier this year for the sale of my property and purchase of a new property. The solicitor I was assigned initially was incredibly disorganised and told me reassuring things such as "I've left your file in my car" when I called for an update. Unfortunately my sale fell through and ultimately my purchase did as well. It was agreed that I would sell the searches to the new buyer. In that time the original solicitor had left and another person was dealing with this. She arranged the sale and told me that their finance team/person would be arranging for the money to be paid to me. I have never received this despite numerous emails asking for an update. I called the office to speak with someone and was simply transferred to a full voicemail inbox. I emailed them at the end of November to say that I was lodging a claim with the small claims court to recover the money, to which they have never replied, which I can only assume is because they don't care. Would 100% not recommend.

   I cannot recommend Kathy Rhodes enough: She is an excellent Solicitor with an eye for detail and the ability to explain complicated matters in simple English. Kathy has advised and guided me through a stressful house sale and purchase. She worked out of hours to accommodate me and has always had a cheerful and professional demeanor. I would not trust anyone else with my legal affairs.
