   I was apprehensive about getting a will and POA paperwork done . I had seen Soteria Planning constantly recommended on fb so decided to go with them .    In a casual conversation last summer, I asked Jamie a couple of questions regarding my current Will. He offered to look and advise. Following this he discovered that we had been paying a monthly fee for the past 10 years basically for storage. At Soteria you pay a one off fee to have your Wills safely and securely stored for not much more that what we were paying per month; he was outraged that a company was doing this. Following this our direct debit was cancelled instantly and still to this date the company has not got in contact with us to find out why or offer to send our wills over. We have since sat with Jamie and re-written our wills as we also found out the way in which we were owners of our property on the deeds was not to our best advantage in the long-term, again, advice that had not been passed to us as an option all those years ago. The whole process was stress free and anything that we did not understand, Jamie was very patient and clarified for us until we did. We now have our Wills updated and this has given us great peace of mind. We will be using Jamie for our LPAs at some point this year so that everything is in order. Thank you, Jamie, for a great service and your open and honest advice, with no pressure given at any point. I highly recommend Soteria Planning.
