   I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Bridgfords Estate Agents Stafford. Firstly, a huge thank you to Sarah (Mortgage Consultant) from my first appointment with her she put me at ease with her professional and friendly manner.She answered any questions I had and quickly I knew I had chosen the right person to deal with my mortgage. She was very efficient and nothing was any trouble. Thank you Sarah Also a thank you to Oliver,Chloe and Megan who helped with enquiries and booking viewings. My calls were always returned and the communication I could not fault. I wouldn't hesitate to use Bridgfords Stafford in the future Thank you all !!

   As both a buyer and seller, this is by far the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with in over 20 years. They repeatedly fail to respond to basic queries. They do not return calls. Jack the manager is evasive and must be overstretched as he is unable to do the role properly. I ended up switching agent due to the clown like behaviour and the shear level of unprofessionalism shown.

   I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Bridgfords Sales and Letting Agents in Stafford, and I can honestly say the experience was nothing short of exceptional. After registering my interest in a rental property in Uttoxeter, I was contacted within 15 minutes by Simon, who was incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming. He promptly arranged a viewing for the very next day and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. At the viewing, Simon was not only knowledgeable and helpful, but genuinely kind and approachable. I immediately fell in love with the apartment, and thanks to Simon’s efficiency and support, the entire process—from viewing to paperwork—was seamless and stress-free. The level of service I received far exceeded my expectations. If I could give more than five stars, I certainly would. A heartfelt thank you to Simon and the entire Bridgfords team—you’ve been absolutely fantastic.

   The team managed my apartment in Stafford for rent. Unfortunately paperwork like the electrical safety document was not kept up to date and I found general quoting on remedial works to be expensive and without much rigour. A problem with a leak was handled poorly with the plumber and I have never had an explanation as the cause and damages in a neighbouring flat. Communications with the tenant on exiting the apartment were not clear and caused some issues with moving back in. Generally, nice people but admin needs improvement.

We recently sold our flat through Bridgfords and once again the service was superb, with both Stephen and Alison always ready to lend a hand.    As a buyer, my experience with Bridgfords was terrible in that it was non-existent. I made contact with Bridgfords around five times about a couple of properties I was interested in, by phone, online and in person. The phone always went to voicemail, no one called back. My online query was answered a week late after an offer went in on a property and after I left the city. And in person, I was told that the property was under offer with absolutely no interest shown in asking me what I was looking for or alternatives offered. I don’t know what their issue is but I blame the management regardless. I wouldn’t recommend to sellers either if they aren’t getting your property to the widest audience possible.
