Communication is great and I had such a smooth experience when I got accepted for the house I am in now, all the team are so helpful and supportive no question is too silly and if you need anything sorted or fixed in the house they get in touch with your landlord with immediate affect. Recently had a very stressful situation and my pipe randomly burst causing the house to flood and they had contractors out within 24 hours to solve!
