   Visiting a friend, have to say it looked fantastic. Finding it on the sat nav was a nightmare, ended up parking a 10 minute walk away which was irritating.

   Takes an age to get anything fixed. A flickering light in the corridor on level 3 has not be replaced in 3 weeks. It's also uncomfortably hot on the south facing rooms to the extent that residents sit in the corridor to keep cool. Food is expensive.

   Ive been living here 6 months And I love the place Warm in the room Walk in shower wet room I started meeting other people at the events nights Tue bingo Some Friday nights theres entertainment And quiz night People come over to meet you And introduce myself to other residents Ive used the bistro and don't rate some of the food And the prices are far to high Local pub the blue mugge Does better and cheaper that's where I go The staff here are polite and helpful Treatment room and hairdresser in reception 10/10 I love the place Mill St kitchen taking over the bistro soon Cracking food Especially the breakfast

   I've had a rethink about what I originally posted. I will now base my review on just how well I've been treated as a resident of Daisy Haye. The management, led by Emma, have been kind, caring and compassionate. The care staff have been brilliant and also, the key word again, compassionate. Back in September, I had to go to emergency three times. Without the thoughtful attention of management and the care staff, I would have struggled to cope. Thus, I'm profoundly grateful. Thank you to all that helped me.

   My friend lives in one of there flats. They are very spacious and comfortable. They have a bistro which is open to the public. Good food and seating inside and outside on the patio.
