   Awful, absolutely disgusting, I literally cannot describe genuine hatred towards this place. They have a monopoly power therefore being able to sell uniforms at whatever cost they feel like. Unreasonable prices are forced onto all families. Then there is queue times. The queues can be as long as an hour wait to get the uniforms which you're paying the most premium prices for. Then service is just absolutely shocking, rude staff and unknowledged about selling the clothes. The quality of clothes is also terrible as they get torn and destroyed just by wearing it for a few weeks. I'll be not getting any clothes from schoolkit in the future and will get all my uniform made from my friend's clothing company in East Africa.

   The customer service, was not friendly and trying to ask for all items I need, so that she don’t need to make multiple trips to first floor. It was not bad to avoid extra trips, but the way asked was not friendly.

   Extremely rude and miserable staff members that talk down to you and act like they just can’t be bothered to deal with you, despite that being their job. We had to wait outside despite only 3 other people being in the shop. Whole experience was awful will definitely just be ordering online in future, I would rather pay the delivery fee than have to put up with that again.

   Uniforms are really good, but service I had in this shop is a tragedy,no help to choose right size at all,in every question I had an answer no.Just really rude service and I bought to big cardigan , because she never let me to open and have a look !now I have to come back and change it .

   Last time when I’ve been there one of the staff members was pretty rude, unhelpful and very unprofessional (sorry I don’t know her name), didn’t offered any help at all and was just saying NO when I was asking if they have a certain product. I only go there to avoid paying the postage if I order online.

   I did an order for trousers for my daughter on 02/10/2021 and they promised me that it's not gonna take more than 2 weeks to have them. Today, 29/22/2021 I was called by them to come and collect the trousers because they arrived. I don't recommend this shop or staff because it's just a bad joke.

   The clothing we've needed has nearly always been in stock and the people working in the store are polite and efficient, even in the face of relentless queues at busy times. I don't find the clothes particularly expensive, given the quality versus supermarket own brand stuff. It's a shame you can't always phone and ask them to put an item aside for collection later but stock is replenished daily, so if they've got an item in stock centrally you're likely also to find it in-store. I've never used the website but it looks like deliveries might be slow around the start of the school year. We were late sorting out a few back to school items this year and it took nearly an hour to get into the store. When we did we were served quickly and everything was in stock. To be blunt, if you find yourself in a queue like that you're part of the problem (hands up, as was I). 48 weeks of the year you can walk straight in and get served, so the premises are quite adequate. Understandably the fitting rooms are still closed (September 2021) due to Covid but they were working around the problem as best they could.
