   I wouldn’t recommend this housing association I never met any association like it I’m been trying to get a name off a tenancy for the passed 8 years and they said they couldn’t because of rent arrears I paid them off myself no help of the other party and now the rent arrears are clear they still won’t do it they keep saying they need a signature which I doubt that going to happen and said that they will have to close this one down and start a new tenancy and I won’t be able to move for another 12 months I’ve been here for 8 years and it will mean nothing this is a joke my children are unable to go play because they are forever been bullied and chased home I had 25 Asian kids after my child and they done nothing about it this is no life for me or my kids and just seems to me that they don’t want me to move because they are still get money out of me I wouldn’t even give them a one star

   What is it with this housing association? I have lived on their estate 8 years now. In that time one company after another has joined up. What is going on? Less work is being done, hardly any of the staff have a clue about their job role. Who cares? They don't. Some new staff members employed, We have new neighbourhood officers, does this association really need them? Pointless. As always neither seen or heard. Just emails time after time , and very unsupportive. No action just sat around all day . Does anyone do any work there? My emails are ignored all the time. No one helps with my queries. Crap customer service. Ignorant & unhelpful! Just money hungry.

   So upset! Bogus gardeners turned up with no I.D. lanyards or anything, claiming that they are cutting residents’ shrubs etc. then disappear. Residents are still charged for services and then when asked for a GENUINE looking gardener, the servic charges disappear but no gardenet ever comes. This means that we are ripped pff out of dosh.

   Because they do not do the repairs at Alhambra court and still making mistakes. They do not keep the residents up to date at residence who lives here but always last to know anything I'll leave not been kept up to date for quite a while we do not no longer have meetings .covid we've had one ??? Also we're still not had anybody to shut the fire Vents the building

   I've been waiting for repairs for a year .we have been in contact with them numerous times .that's when they can be bothered to answer the phone ..we now have a leaking boiler for a week now .we've had to cancel a holiday because of this as we can't leave the house because of this ..the worst company I've ever come across

   The repair service is absolutely shocking. Since moving in 3 years ago there have been problems with the roof. Recently in December i reported water coming through my ceiling and lights from the roof and still waiting for this to be sorted out. When I contact them I get told I will be contacted to which I am not. NEW repairs contractor no better than the last
