I have used keates to rent out 2 properties. They always find us the best suited tenants for our properties. they are very quick to turn around the properties when a tenant gives notice. Whilst we manage the properties ourselves keates are always on hand with advice and help. They make the whole process seamless and painless and I would not consider ever using a different agent

The advertisement of my property was beautifully presented, and the pictures represented the unique character of my first little home perfectly. This estate agent has very poor customer service. We made a booking with them to view some houses and got our confirmation email for 3pm. We arrived at the 1st house at 2:44pm and nobody turned up. We called the estate agent serval times and got no response. We drove to the estate agent and was told that they had our booking down for 2:30pm and that they were trying to contact us however the number was incorrect. The young lady was quite unsympathetic about the mistake they had made regarding our booking and did not even want to reschedule our appointment. I travelled quite far to come with a baby to view houses just to be told that because of an error on their side they can’t do anything about it. We are cash buyers and we were really looking forward to doing business with this estate agent, however the customer service today was poor. I hope they can do better in the future.
