   Just entered this shop, having a browse with a friend looking to spend a lot of money, not one member of staff came over to ask if we needed help with anything, one young staff member was busy measuring up another customer whilst 4 members of staff were just stood talking to each other doing nothing at all. Poor customer care and I'm not spending hard earned money if you can't be bothered to help. The 1 star is for the young lad who really sounded like he knew his stuff and was working 19/4/25 13:20

   Can't fault this place. Had both iron and putter fittings and was very happy with both. I ultimately didn't buy the irons but bought a new Cobra putter. The SAM Puttlab machine is very informative on your putting stroke.

   If you'd like shockingly poor customer service after spending close to £1500 on a set of irons and then being delivered a wrong club in the set, then this is the store for you !. 3 months I've been waiting for this club to be replaced, so either AMERICAN GOLF or TITLEIST just don't care. After numerous phone calls and being told that the club would be delivered in 4 days time (2 weeks ago), I'm still waiting, I've had no calls from the derby branch of AMERICAN GOLF. Terrible service from this company. Shop elsewhere I would suggest, as if things go wrong their aftercare service is atrocious !!

   Went into store tonight and found the staff to be amazing. Having not picked up a club for 18 months due to wanting to see my young son grow up, I'm wanting to get back into it and get a new set of irons. James was fantastic in his knowledge and I was hitting a 7 iron on the new pings almost 200 yards!!!! Technology has moved on and needed sound advice having been off a four handicap. Will be back to get my clubs sorted and anyone needed new stuff, visit these guys as they know their stuff!!!!! Very pleasant to speak to.
