   Jan helped get us out of a difficult situation caused by train cancellations last night. We ended up in Reading a long way from home but Jan offered us a quote at least £50 cheaper than any other Reading taxi provider and was immediately available despite the late hour. Our journey was arranged with a minimum of fuss, he kept us updated throughout and was a complete gentleman. Would highly recommend his services - thank you!

   Jan was very helpful, very responsive on WhatsApp answering all questions needed. Picked my family up on Christmas day in the evening, was polite offering to help with our bags etc. On the journey he gave my daughter a bag of sweets as a Christmas present which was absolutely lovely. Furthermore he was very generous with the price in comparison to what other taxis what offering Christmas day. I would highly recommend this company and Jan. Overall just a very pleasant experience.

   I absolutely a million per cent recommend this cab driver trains won't working on Sunday. I needed to get to London. Nothing was too much trouble for Janaid. He was on time to pick me up very friendy person it was nice that we could have a conversation during my journey to London. His car was clean, and he charges unbeatable prices. I will definitely be using him in the future.

   UNRELIABLE!!!! Booked airport transfer via their website and received a confirmation email of our booking. Also got confirmation via WhatsApp. On the day of travel, I sent a remainder over WhatsApp in the morning. No response. The cab was booked for 11 AM. I started contacting Ecocars over different telephone numbers (mobile, landline, text on mobile, whatsApp on mobile) but no response. The direct call to mobile was going through voicemail. The call to WhatsApp was getting rejected by Ecocars. Finally I booked with another taxi service after a stressful wait of 30 minutes. Later got a voice message from Ecocars that his alarm did not buzz, so they missed my booking and offered a discount for future booking!! What a joke. When they knew that they are not serving my booking, they should have courtesy of responding to me while I was desparately trying to reach them. They could have acknowledged that they have messed up and can not meet their booking. The person was deliberately rejecting the calls over WhatsApp and not receiving calls over mobile. DO NOT USE ECOCARS!!

   I wanted to book a taxi with them but they never got back to me. I completed the form through the website and it stated that I would receive an answer between 1hour - 8hours. More than 24 hours have passed so far. Also, I tried to contact by telephone number and no response.

Despite this the person gave me a full list of other taxi companies to try as well as some other advice about where their lost and found end up.    “Such a genuinely nice guy, very reliable and takes great care of customers, got me to the Airport early to make sure I didn’t miss the flight and at a good price. 100% recommend.” Above is the first review I left (maybe a year ago) and recently I used this service again. He is still so reliable and polite. I contacted him at very short notice and he once again made sure I got to the Airport in good time. I will definitely continue to use his services whenever I’m in the area!! Thank you:)
