   Overall a great experience with Bracknell Cars. They have served me faithfully for 20 years and never let me down. Driver was early, polite and car was immaculate. Even better if he had a better grasp of the route via satnav. I always use Wayze which is more reliable and accurate than Google Maps if truth be known.

   The worst Company ever. It’s either driver lying in your face that you can not pay by card even tho you asked for it when you ordered a trip or the call center guy sitting there and doesn’t care about anything. He said that he is sending someone over, after 15 min you are calling to ask how long it’s going to take to hear that they have a delay and ask you if you want someone to be SEND OVER! When asked why didn’t say that while I was ordering a trip he said the delay just happened. Absolutely disgusting customer service. You can not definitely rely on them!

   Used these guys for an airport run to and from Gatwick, needed a larger vehicle with room for four adults and luggage, first driver was on time and had a large mini bus style vehicle which was clean inside and out. Driver who picked us up was also on time (they track your filght times) he called us to set a meeting point and came Into arrivals to find us, was also very helpful and carried a case up some stairs for us, his car was also clean in and out. Have used them a few times and would use them for airport transfer again. Keep up the good work guys!

   We ordered a taxi for Sunday (Fathers Day) to pick us up at 3:15 to take us to the restaurant and then pick us up again at 5:30. 3:20 no car had arrived so called to be told they were trying to find a driver for the job ... how can you work like that ? So told them to forget it so had to drive ourselves which spoilt the whole experience for us. Will never ever consider using you again.
