   3 hours late, missed our flight, very rude on the phone, lied about how long it would be, didn’t have enough space for bags after requesting it, i wouldn’t book this taxi service if it was free

   My taxi left with someone else onboard! I booked a taxi with this company at the end of an event yesterday evening, precising that I needed to be on time because I needed to catch a train 35 minutes later (the drive is only 13 minutes so it should have been more than enough). The taxi arrived early, which I didn't see because my phone was away for the event and when I came out at the time I booked, he had already left. I called him and he told me he was gonna be 10 minutes late (on hindsight, I think he thought I was his next client) so I waited instead of immediately booking another taxi. 10 minutes later, he wasn't back, it was too late to get another taxi and I missed my train. The result is having to pay £130 in taxi to get home that night. A simple asking of the client's name or showing the confirmation message would avoid this.

   I had to use a cab airport transfer and only booked the night before my early morning flight. I was worried I couldn’t get any taxis or that it might be exorbitant but to my surprise the booking process as easy through WhatsApp, instant replies, competitive price, and in 5 minutes my journey was booked. They provided live tracking of my journey including driver status. Driver showed up on time, he was very refined, accommodating and extremely professional. (Thank you Mr Faisal!) Car was clean and in wonderful condition. Card payment available with digital receipt and there was no issues. Seamless hassle-free travel! Thank you!

   We used this service once but got charged twice for no reason. A very terrible and unsystematic company by making this kind of silly mistake, and the person in charge told me there was nothing they could do on calls but to email them. A total useless and inefficient app. Wasting my time to solve this problem when I’m traveling abroad.
