Driver arrived early and let us know he was there. The taxi was comfortable and our journey was direct. Driver was polite and we were grateful he was operating on Christmas Day.
I had booked a taxi which I had to postpone due to flight delays, which they happily accommodated on short notice. The assigned driver arrived on time, and was very helpful over the journey - thanks Hayden.
Love the company as a whole, always fast service, just tonight I got in cab and asked driver 3 times how he was, being polite, gave him benefit of the doubt he didn't hear me first two times, then just relized he was ignoring me. Won him round in the end but wouldn't like him as a driver in the future, made me feel incredibly awkward. Usually tip well so his loss I guess.big up the other drivers I had from them before who have been great.
Booked a taxi with extra leg room due to recent knee replacement to attend important physio appointment. After me chasing up on phone due to taxi not turning up it became clear that I was being given excuses and I was not going to make appointment. Think twice before using this company if your journey is important and/or you are incurring costs. Absolutely shameful to do this to someone. Update: In response to your generic reply to my review, you have all the details you need in both the review and my email which you have not responded to. You clearly have no intention of rectifying my situation.
Driver nice, respectful. They are always quick to send someone after booking. If no availability in the next 10 min they will let you know.

Just installed the app yesterday and pre-ordered a taxi for the next morning. I've got a confirmation text immediately and then another one in the morning letting me know the driver is coming. I could track him on the map via the app. I was lucky to be served by Reggi in a lovely Audi A6. Great way to start a day. I'll definitely order my taxis with A Line in this way now.
Booked a taxi for 7 people 5 days in advance and they completely ditched our booking. When we called they tried to pretend that we didn’t have a booking even though we had the text message to prove it. We have even heard of other people having the same problem with this company. Don’t book with this company chances are they will let you down, badly managed and no care for customer service.
It was quick and easy to get a quote by email in advance. Driver arrived on time letting us know he was on his way beforehand, got us to the airport on time for price quoted. All staff were polite. Would recommend for airport runs - price is comparable or cheaper than other local companies.
