   I’ve been treated disgracefully by the Salisbury branch concerning a refund and will never buy anything from Trespass again. I bought a pair of hiking boots for my daughter which turned out to be too big. She never wore them and I returned them to the shop a few days later for a refund with the packaging and the price tags intact completely unworn. The manageress put me under pressure to accept a credit note in an aggressive manner which I didn’t want, then another pair of shoes which my daughter didn’t want as she’d managed to order the exact Trespass shoes online elsewhere. She begrudgingly issued a refund but treated me like a criminal as the card I produced didn’t match the numbers on the receipt. I then produced another card which turned out to have a different number which made her very angry. My son has since explained why this happened. I bought the shoes using Apple Pay but the manageress issued the refund not on Apple Pay but on my individual credit card. I left the store feeling really annoyed and upset!! I had done absolutely nothing wrong but was treated despicably by these women. The manageress said I would get her into trouble with her area manager as the numbers didn’t match up which I told her I didn’t believe. I can’t imagine an area manager having the time to scrutinise all the individual refunds which are done in a day. I’m sure they will have far more important tasks to be getting on with!!

   staff were excellent as usual we have used trespass for many years ,the first time i have ever tried to return an item and it all goes down hill .The trousers are moskitokill TP 75 at 79.99 not cheap,i tried them on at home and my legs/body started itching all over after i had walked up and down the stairs several times The finish on the inside is poor and fit is terrible.The item they said was marked possibly from before i bought itand they would not take the item back or even issue a credit note? A good scrub in the shower got rid of the itching they must have been used before?

   Lovely ladies who work here are always happy to help and advise. Anything not in stock in the shop can be ordered online and click and collect. Very easy process, as are returns.
