Terrible experience! The driver was rude the entire journey and did not have a card reader in the taxi. He was demanding a bank transfer which I was happy to send but he kept hounding me for it whilst I was sending it. Zero manners! I need a card reader to send transfers so I had to ask a friend to send money on my behalf so it was taking longer. And to top it off he then tried to take my phone so he could take a photo of the bank transfer! Unprofessional and rude. Will not travel again.

Over charged me by so much money! I was only in the taxi for 5 minutes! I don't know how they sleep at night knowing they're doing this. Called the company and told me my taxi driver overcharged me and I got 5 pound credit, which isn't going to be used because I don't feel comfortable getting in their car anymore, and even if I did use them again how does the company know I have 5 pound credit? Shouldn't I get a written email or something? And plus they didn't apologise what so ever.
