Can’t recommend Ruby cars enough, had taxi booked to and from Standstead airport. Both guys advised on collection and pick up times and were not only on time but very polite and attentive. Cases loaded into the taxi and even asked if we need to stop for bread and milk on our way home. If you want a relaxing trip book with Ruby cars!
Really pleased with Ruby Cars, they provided an excellent, reliable service for our outward (3:50am pick up) and return journey to Gatwick making it stress free for us. We have used Ruby Cars a handful of times for airport pickup and drop off. A little pricey but definitely worth it for the reliability and service especially given how expensive parking is now it seems a no brainer to make the whole process so much easier. They've always been very communicative, flexible and friendly and are probably the only taxi company I have never run into issues with! Our last driver Azz was a real sweetheart and came to meet us in arrivals and entertained us with all sorts of cool stories and insights.

Best taxi service I have ever used by a mile. Mo our driver was polite, helpful, a sensible driver and made me feel very relaxed after surgery. Conversation during our trip home from Reading to Aylesbury was also a delight. If I could score higher I would. Brilliant !
Ruby cars were wonderful. We booked a taxi to Heathrow and about halfway there I thought I forgot my passports. The driver kindly pulled over and helped me with my bag. Once I found it we all had a good laugh and we were on our way again. Prices are fair - considering gas is £2 a liter these days. Cars are clean and drivers are professional
