    Would give 0 stars if possible. Called 25 minutes in advance for taxi which they said would be 10-15 minutes. Taxi took 25 minutes to show up. Driver took wrong turn which delayed our journey and when paying I said we needed to hurry as our train was coming. Driver proceeded to take ages putting in the payment and didn’t even apologise for the wrong turn which made us miss our train. When I called the company, the operator proceeded to blame me and said I should’ve called earlier when I think 25 minutes before is plenty of time to book, especially since these are supposed to be local taxis. I asked what could be done and they told me nothing. Basically just paid to be late and miss my train with no amends made. NEVER use this service.

    Very unprofessional and rude at the phone. You can't ait 45 minutes for a taxi when it is 3pm. I will not call again or use this service.

    Incredibly poor service. Driver went to the wrong road and refused to go to the road we live on. Also refused to admit they went to the wrong location even though we had been waiting outside for over 20 minutes. Rude and taxi just left without even attempting to come to our address. Now late for important meeting Worst taxicompany ever and they cannot be trusted.. Avoid at all costs

    I ordered a taxi to my hospital and the driver left after waiting for couple of minutes then I called them and the call operator said he can't do anything it's my mistake and I won't get a refund either. Scammers in the town please avoid them to save your hard earned money.
