Absolutely awful company β¦ I will never use the company again β¦ actually dominantly asking for the money repeatedlyβ¦ driver drove me to the office for me to pay β¦ never ever had to do this before β¦ he even asked me if I wanted a receipt β¦ I just either wanted to be taken straight to work or train station β¦. Very very simple task β¦. Will never use this company again please everyone avoid this company β¦ even after driving away from the taxi rank on route to the station finally β¦ I was either just gonna get out and walk to the station β¦. For all the messing around I could of walked and been on time β¦.. what a way to run a company
Left a lone woman stranded in the early hours of the morning for 30 mins before cancelling the booking and refusing to answer the phone. Very very unreliable and irresponsible!
The car was on time and the driver was pleasant unfortunately he had no card machine despite me specifically asking at the time of the booking that we would be paying by card. The driver also asked us for directions and did not bother using the satnav which looks a bit unprofessional.
I really admire the way new management is striving to take this company to a whole new level. Standard of service has improved significantly in a year or so. Overall, I am very confidant they will soon by one of the finest taxi companies in Reading, purely on the basis of their desire to serve community and their drivers in a super professional way.
