I recently used Ace Cars Wokingham for an airport transfer, and it was a seamless experience. The driver was well-informed about the flight schedule, and I felt confident in their service.
DO NOT USE! Shockingly disgraceful Ace taxis. Prebooked a taxi 36 hours in advance and received confirmation. Received a text message 5 mins before taxi was due to say it was cancelled. Called ACE only to be told that phone bookings on the night take priority over pre-booked. Stranded in the middle of nowhere at midnight, told they would send another taxi within 30 mins, waited 45mins and still no show. Myself and my partner, both in our late 50s, ended up walking an hour home along unlit roads. Despicable service!
