Brilliant customer service and trustworthy. My son left his mobile in the taxi after a night out. We called Smart Cabs early the next morning and they contacted the driver who had found the phone and kept it safe. Thank you so much for all your help with this.
Superb service. Booked a trip for me and my dog and the taxi came on time. Car was clean and in great condition. Driver was polite and professional. Later on needed another taxi and the guy sent a taxi within 15 mins after WhatsApp message sent. Definitely will use again. Thanks so much.

This taxi company is a SCAM please stay away from using their services. Just a bunch of pathetic losers trying to steal your money. They lie about fares and always act like the card machine is broken and are very rude. STAY AWAY!!
Do NOT use - entirely unreliable. I booked a taxi last Thursday evening and called to confirm it on the day, but it never turned up and my group and I were left stranded as no other local taxis were available. Evening ruined. All attempts to make contact since have been unsuccessful. Avoid at all cost.
Amazing service! I was in Reading on business and had no clue where I was, luckily they were nearby and helped me out. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Clean, concise and super helpful, I highly recommend them!
