Went here to rent a property and the staff is friendly. Needed to move in to a place asap, took less than a week for everything to go through. Was meant to get new carpets but they never did it so its why its only 4 stars and not 5.
Have rented off H2H now for 18 months and I cannot find any faults with them at all. Staff very friendly & helpful. When we first moved in a few repairs were required....which were sort very quickly and efficiently. Thanks to everyone's .

Never use again, house full of damp, repairs wasn't done on property and the maintenance men didn't have a clue on fitting a new handle on to a window
Certainly one of the crappist agencies I've ever used. Still got a leak in my roof from months ago and no shower for 6 months.
