Called up to ask for the price of a journey in the next few days. Guy was extremely rude. Told me I didn't know where I lived. Really bad attitude from the start. Put me off immediately. Went somewhere else.

Awful service. Cancelled our booking a couple of hours before - obviously to make more money elsewhere. Absolutely a joke of a company do NOT use. AND STILL HAVENT REFUNDED MONTHS LATER. AVOID
