Appalling customer service! Return taxi booked well in advance of event. Confirmatory e mail received, only to be cancelled several days later with no explanation as to the reason why?! Phoned to enquire why and was met with complete indifference by the call handler. To give them 1 star is being generous! DO NOT USE THEM!!
Booked AMPM for company event. Driver was on time, smart and courteous. Cab smart and clean. Pick up for return journey was again on time. On line driver tracker and car information sent via text, great communication and price very competitive. Thank you
I rang am to pm cars to book .a text was sent for my driver to arrive at 00.40 hours . We stood outside in the cold for 20 minutes then I called them back to see were my car was . I was told that the driver was at station road And they were not sure how long they would be . I know station road so I replyed to the switch operator that the should be here in 2-3 mins . I then had to call back as no car arrived and the switch operator told me he has a tracker on car and the taxi was outside for 9 mins and put phone down . Upset at quite frankly appalled I rang again for the man to put the phone down again . My exp with this company is a pauling I am verry disappointed as at first they seemed freindly . They way they have treated me as as a customer is discussing! Do not use not reliable and misleading storing up info given to suit them
Called to book a taxi from a wedding venue back to our hotel. Was informed it was on its way and then asked to provide directions. Provided directions and advised to call when the taxi was at the venue to be sure that they could find us and was told that they wouldn’t call because I have an EU number (which is free to call from the UK) and so when I reiterated the directions I was told that they ‘wouldn’t have someone wandering around the venue trying to find us’. When I agreed and said that was not what I had suggested and again repeated the directions to where we were within the venue the man hung up and no taxi ever arrived. Really rude and left us stranded trying to order another taxi purely because they couldn’t follow simple instructions to pick up from a well known wedding venue. Just useless.
I don't think they even deserve 1 star. I called them to ask for a price, and they swore at me multiple times when they miss-heard me when I attempted to explain to them where I wanted to go. Totally unprofessional. I don't know about their drivers, but their call centre customer service is dreadful. Avoid this company like the plague.
The most horrendous customer service I have ever received! I call to order a taxi and he starts shouting down the phone saying he can’t hear me. I wait 15 mins and I receive no SMS or any communications saying my taxi has arrived... I decide to call up and the same man tells me the taxi is offered to someone else. How is this fair? He tells me I must have bad signal to not have received the text... I had 4G. I ask to book another a he says “no not sending another”. So rude! I am in shock! Seriously... never use this taxi company!!!!!!
Excellent service. Call answered promptly by helpful staff and car with friendly driver arrived on time.
