   Sarah in the office was an absolute nightmare. She cancelled two very important loads I had booked with them within 24 hours of collection, knowing there's no way I'll find another option. She got aggressive and rude when I questioned them needing full payment up front 24h before the collection. I said I was happy to pay and was just checking as I've never had to do that before and she cancelled the order got grumpy like a child. Avoid this business at all costs!! I will likely lose a customer due to her immaturity. Unreliable and unprofessional.

   I was very impressed yesterday whilst watching one of your drivers, with great skill, reverse his artic into a narrow gateway in the Arborfield road causing hardly any disruption to the busy rush hour traffic. As a retired professional driver I realise how difficult a manoeuvre this can be.
