Today 1-11-2024… West Sussex registration of Vehicle YK24 0L0 … this lorry blocked a road while the driver unloaded his bags into his property . After 8 minutes waiting my partner went to ask if the driver was going to be long as we had a place to go. The driver the verbally abused her .. plain arrogant unhelpful. And basically rude and unprofessional.. myself being a professional driver found this unacceptable. He tried to say it was a private road on further investigation it is not . I then contacted the company explaining why I had called them and I was extremely annoyed at this time , the person then said I had an attitude but he would contact him … I was annoyed but no attitude just upset that this awfully rude person who clearly has an attitude problem tried to bluff me off. Me a veteran of HM forces… 12 years suffering with PtSD had to control myself… which I did… I never had my call returned or an apology. If the driver would like to talk to me like he did to my partner please please leave your details and we can meet up and you can try and talk to me like that… I’m not a woman ..
Great company, GTS are always competitive on prices especially with the current climate for the work they can provide. Customer care is a priority as they always make sure the products delivered are done safely and to the latest rules and regulations. The traffic is a constant variable which can cause delays, however GTS strive to make there clients aware of delivery times from point of collection to delivery with signed paperwork to insure products are delivered to the customers standards.
