Absolutely fantastic service! We’ve had a brilliant experience with Luv2let. A big thank you to Matt, who has been amazing throughout our tenancy – always professional, friendly, and supportive. He really made the whole process easy for us, and we couldn’t be happier.
Because I don’t have zero stars. Rude people who don’t have respect for anyone. Rubbish people, service and agency. I had a surprise that after 18 months after I had left one of their houses, I received letters from utilities companies with new accounts on my name and bills to pay. And all that was said to me from them was that I am a stupid woman. They should only check better the tenants they put in their houses. Avoid them if you don’t want to waste your time after to solve the problems they create.
Luv2let are absolutely amazing. If we had any trouble Matt was always there for us. We rented through the company in 2011 for 4 years and had no problems what so ever. I would give Luv2let more than 5 stars.
Just went for a viewing with this "lovely" company about 6 minutes ago, me and my partner were greeted at the door to a gentlemen who asked if we had masks, to which we replied no we both have a medical exemption. The gentlemen then said not from me you don't which is simply a rude answer. We were really looking forward to this viewing aswell.
Brilliant, can not fault them in any way.. Matt and Andrea are both so.lovely and always there to help...would highly recommend Luv2let.
We are a property developer who has been working with Luv2let for 2 years now and cannot speak highly enough of our experience of working with them in the day to day running of our rental property portfolio. They really go the extra mile and add enormous value in ensuring our tenants are happy and things run smoothly and whenever there is a property which is vacant they ensure the void periods are kept to an absolute minimum.
